Alentia Lunae offers a carefully curated online shopping experience for customers in the Netherlands and across Europe. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply

Our offer

We present our pieces as carefully and accurately as possible. Still, slight differences in colour, texture or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production variations

All products are offered subject to availability

Orders

An agreement is formed once your order has been placed and accepted by us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, incorrect stock information, suspected misuse, or if payment has not been completed correctly

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method

Prices and payment

All prices shown on our website are listed in euro

Any shipping costs or other clearly stated charges will be shown during checkout before your order is completed

We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including iDEAL, Apple Pay and credit card

Delivery

Alentia Lunae delivers within the Netherlands and to selected destinations across Europe

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the communicated timeframe. Delivery times are always indicative and should not be considered guaranteed deadlines

Your right to cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason

To help us process your return with care, we ask that you notify us by email within this 14 day period at hello@alentialunae.com and include your order number. You may also let us know in any other clear way that you wish to cancel your purchase

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us

Sale items are also covered by the statutory right of withdrawal unless a legal exception applies

Return conditions

Items may be tried on with care, as you would in a physical boutique

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or use, including makeup marks, perfume traces, deodorant marks, sweat marks, smoke odour, damage or any other visible signs of use, will not be accepted or may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law

If an item includes a security seal or similar seal, it must still be attached when returned. If the seal has been removed and the item is no longer in its original condition, we may refuse the return or apply a reduction in value where permitted by law

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless we have clearly stated otherwise

Care and garment responsibility

Each piece should be cared for in line with the care instructions provided on the product page and, where applicable, on the garment label

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by washing, drying, ironing or otherwise treating an item in a way that does not follow the stated care guidance. This includes, for example, washing at the wrong temperature, machine washing an item marked for hand wash only, tumble drying where not permitted, or ironing contrary to the instructions provided

Where damage results from care that does not follow the stated instructions, the item will not be eligible for refund, replacement or compensation on that basis

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount due through the same payment method used for the original purchase

We will do so as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you informed us that you wished to cancel the purchase. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first

If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct an amount for loss in value where permitted by law

Returns not notified in advance

We ask that all returns are notified in advance by email and include the order number, so that we can register and process the return correctly

If a return is sent without prior notice, processing may be delayed. This does not affect your statutory rights where you have informed us within the legal period in another clear way that you wish to cancel your purchase

We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours

Liability

We take care to keep our website, product information and service as accurate and up to date as possible. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from intent, gross negligence or a failure that can clearly be attributed to us

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Intellectual property

All texts, photography, branding, designs, product imagery and other content shown on this website belong to Alentia Lunae or are used with permission

Nothing on this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent, except for personal and non commercial use where legally permitted

Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law

If you are a consumer living in another European country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence
